Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fran Sans Clean, we understand that schedules can change. We ask customers to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling a cleaning appointment so we can continue providing reliable service to all customers.

Cancellation Policy

Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact Fran Sans Clean as soon as possible.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee due to the time reserved for your appointment and scheduling arrangements.

Rescheduling Appointments

We are happy to assist customers who need to reschedule. We will make every effort to find another available appointment time that works with your schedule.

Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact Fran Sans Clean within 24 hours of service completion so we can review your concerns and work toward a solution.

Because cleaning services involve time and labor, completed services are generally not eligible for full refunds once the service has been performed.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Service Concerns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with a completed cleaning service, please contact us with details about your concern, and we will make every reasonable effort to address the matter.

Late Arrival or Access Issues

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to locked doors, unavailable access, unsafe conditions, or missing instructions, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. We will consider unexpected situations individually and work with customers to find a fair solution.

Policy Changes

Fran Sans Clean reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
